Cucuq Jagung Meletooop
As we just go back from Cameron and borong byk jagung cameron, the idea of doing this cucur (or pronouncely as Cucuq here) is great. I found this recipe @ MyResipi and change a bit as per my own.
Bahan2:
---------
Jagung - 1 cawan
Tepung gandum - 2 cawan
Air panas - 1 cawan
Cili merah - 1 btg (dicincang halus-halus)
Daun saderi & daun bwg - 2 btg je (dicincang halus gak)
Bawang merah (besar) - 1/2 biji dipotong dadu
Telur - 1 biji
Udang - 1 cwn (lg byk lg masyuk)
Mauripan - 1 sudu teh
Gula & garam - secukup rasa
Cara-cara:

(1) Gaulkan semua bahan (kecuali air) dlm 1 bekas utk membentuk
adunan.
(2) Last skali br masukkan air pns sedikit demi sedikit (jgn smpi tlebih
air plak).
(Tips: Air panas dikatakan dpt melembutkan lg adunan
berbanding air sejuk)
(3) Perap adunan selama 20minit sbelum digoreng dlm minyak penuh
dgn api sederhana kuat. Angkat bila warna cucur keemasan dan
hidangkan bersama sos cili/tomato).
(Tips: cucur akan cpt hangus, jd jgn biar lama atas api n api
jgn besar gabak sgt)

Cukup utk 2 org yg amat lapar sbb tak mkn dinner (atau 3 org utk minum petang).
